Archbishop Nicholas Chia, leader of Singapore's 200,000 strong Catholics, has written a pastoral letter for GE 2011.
While he did not specifically mention sides, I'm drawing attention to two significant phrases.
"We must also ensure that the poor, the elderly and the marginalised in our society are cared for."
....
"Each one of us has a voice and can make a difference in the world in which we live through our choices in the election process."
